The subject of this thesis is newly built single-storey brick house from partially in Prace, which is adjacent to a neighboring house. It is a building with a residential attic. The house is designed for housing a family of five . This is a family house rectangular plan with a gabled roof . Orientation residential rooms on the east and west side. Orientation of the building is affected by adjacent buildings . Vertical constructions are made of ceramic bricks and concrete blocks. Ceiling construction is of ceramic ceiling system . The project was prepared by a computer program AutoCAD .
Low-energy kindergarden

The master’s thesis on the topic Low- energy kindergarten is processed in the form of project documentation for the implementation of the new building. The building is designed on a plot of 1350/5 in the cadastral Karviná. It is the kindergarten with a basement and two floors. The building contains two classes for a total of 48 children. Food is provided by imports.

The main objective of the bachelor’s thesis is processing of a design documentation for an execution of a new built single family house in a municipality Šumvald. The New built single family house is a detached house located in a built up area of a cadastre unit Šumvald. The new building is designed with a partial basement and two above ground floors as a one generation house for five members family. The building’s shape is rectangular and it’s roofed by a warm flat roof including a parapet wall. In the basement, there are 8 rooms mainly used as storages and technical facilities. The first ground floor which serves as a saloon consists of 10 rooms including garage and terrace. On the second floor, there is a private zone, which consists of 8 rooms including balcony. Storeys are connected by an inner reinforced concrete staircase. The structure is based on strip foundations made from a plain concrete on a reinforced foundation slab. Structural masonry systém is used. vertical and horizontal load bearing constructions are designed by using Porotherm system. The drawing part of the bachelor thesis is processed in the AutoCAD software
Apartment building

Subject of this bachelor thesis is detail design documentation of an apartment house. Proposed apartment house with garages is located in the suburbs of Hovězí municipality in the Zlín region. Cadastral municipality Hovězí, plot No. 1355/50. The object has 7 housing units, utility rooms, chambers in each apartment and pram room in the upper floors. In the basement there is mechanical room, drying room and cellar cubicles. Basement is connected with upper floors by tractive elevator and a staircase. The garages, designed as row object, pertain to the apartment house. The triple-storey apartment house is designed partially with a cellar and with a sloping roof. The pertaining garages are single-storey with flat roof. The constructional system is longitudinal wall. The foundation is made of concrete strip footing. The circumferential supporting masonry is built from concrete blocks of permanent shuttering in the basement and from ceramic blocks in the upper floor. The vertical supporting system in the interior is also made of ceramic blocks. The ceiling construction is made of folded ceramic concrete. Staircase is monolitic reinforced concrete. The roof of the object is made from wooden bar joists creating the shape of a comb roof and the garages are roofed by flat green roof. Thermal insulation is designed as mineral wool. Garages have stone facing without insulation.

The subject of this thesis is the development of construction documents for the implementation of a family house with a garage and copying office. The building has two floors, partial cellar, covered flat roof. Vertical structure in combination of permanent shuttering and POROTHERM ceramic system, ceilings are made from ceramic systém POROTHERM MIAKO too. Structure of the roof is solved by single skin flat roof.
Multifunctional building

The aim of the diploma thesis is to elaborate project documentation of a new-build mixed-use building in Moravske Budejovice, in the cadastral area of Moravske Budejovice. The mixed-use building comprises a partial cellar and three floors above the ground. In the cellar, technical facilities and storage space for the residental part of the building can be found. The ground floor and the part of the first floor are designed for commercial premises, a hairdresser's, a florist's, a bookshop and a café. Residental unit consisting of three flats is located on the first and second floor. the building is made from 300 mm thick ceramic construction blocks with the external thermal insulation system. Ceiling construction is made of 250 mm thick concrete monolithic panels. Furthermore, the documentation deals with potable water, electric power and gas couplers, sewerage system, rainwater sewer and paved surface for pedestrians and motor vehicles. The thesis is elaborated as documentation for the building execution.

The subject of this thesis is a design of new building family house with partial cellar in Lesonice. House is designed for three to four permanent resdents. The object is situated on a slightly sloping land on the outskirts of the village Lesonice. Part of the building is a garage for two cars. The main entrance is oriented towards the main street. Plan dimensions of the house are 16,59 x 17,47 m. Vertical constructions of first floor are made of ceramic bricks of Porotherm, vertical constructions of the basement are made of concrete blocks. Ceiling construction is designed using a technology of Porotherm too. Stairs construction is monolithic. The building is roofed by hipped roof with trusses. Part of the thesis is a project documentation for a construction including constructional details, fire safety, thermal engineering, and acoustic solutions. The project documentation had been elaborated in an AutoCAD program.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the construction of a new family house with the inclusion of an office and a garage. This home is designed for a family of four with two cars housed in a spacious garage. The house will stand on a sloping field in Domasov near Brno on the New Street. The main entrance to the building is from the street to the northwest. Layout of the building is situated so that the residential and day rooms are on the side with more sunlight. Construction will have a square layout, partial basement with a gabled roof and a terrace. It will have a basement and two floors with residential attic. The vertical constructions will be made of shuttering blocks in the basement cellar, above-ground portion will be made of the ceramic block. Horizontal construction are made of ceramic-concrete ceiling beams and brick inserts. The truss will be wooden, purlin construction with a ridge runs. This work includes documentation and drawing parts and is compiled as an implementation project.

The subject of this thesis is newly built single-storey detached house with partial cellar and with an attic in Nové Město na Moravě. The shape and height position of the house is adapted to vertical alignment of the ground. The house is designed for 4 family members. The main entrance is in the first floor from the street of Nad Městem. The house has the shape of a cuboid and on the one side is attached garage for two cars. The main residential rooms are situated to the south side of the house. Vertical constructions are made of ceramic bricks and concrete blocks. All ceiling construction is monolithic, as well as stairs. House has got a classic gable roof, where dominated combination of roof and facade windows on the south side of the house. The project was processed by a computer program AutoCAD.
Low-floor apartment house

The subject of the bachelor thesis is project documentation for the construction of an apartment building. The proposed apartment building is located in the South Moravian Region in the northern part of the town of Dolní Heršpice. Cadastral area of Dolní Heršpice on plot No. 401/53. The building of the apartment building has 6 residential units, cleaning rooms, chambers of apartments and a pram room on the above-ground floors. The staircase connects the above-ground and underground floors. The apartment building is designed as a three-storey partly basement with a flat roof. The structural system of the apartment building is longitudinal. The foundations are made of concrete foundation strips. The perimeter load-bearing masonry is in the basement of concrete blocks of permanent shuttering, in the above-ground floors of ceramic blocks, as well as the vertical support system inside the building. The ceiling structure on all floors consists of a stacked ceramic-concrete ceiling. The staircase is designed as monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is covered with a flat roof from fall wedges. Thermal insulation of the house is made of basalt waves.
